Mosquito Squad of West St. Louis County, MO

Chris, The Mosquito Squad technician, was on time to our home and did a great job. He was very nice and very informative and knowledgeable. We have been able to enjoy going outside again without any problems with mosquitoes. Thanks to Chris and to Mosquito Squad for helping us use our outdoor space again!

Company did great job at keeping pest down so we could enjoy our yard. Scott and Bethel were very courteous and professional. Communication with company has been the best I have had in a long time. Always informed of when they would be there and always on time.

We have used mosquito squad for a few years now and have been very pleased. They are very thorough and are prompt to respray if necessary, which is not often. All the techs are professional, and Chris hit our yard extra hard today to hopefully carry us into the winter without any insects or mosquitoes in our yard.

We always been very satisfied with Mosquito Squad. We definitely notice a difference after they’ve treated our yard and have always been willing to come back and retreat if we feel the mosquitos are a problem in between applications. Their employees are always very friendly as well. This last time Chris treated our yard and he took the time to explain everything and did an awesome job.

Updated Review: With no notice, they showed back up 1 week later trying to bill for service. We called and they then explained that they like to treat twice within a few weeks to start new customers. That is fine, but again, no notice or explanation until I called. Today Kameron showed up, rang the doorbell (I was on a call so couldn't speak with them). They then spent a whopping 11 minutes spraying the yard, actually less because he tinkered around his truck for a bit. We have over a half acre with some woods and landscaping so it is obvious the house and yard did not get treated properly. The first time it took them 40 minutes which is about what I expected. It is obvious that unless I walk the property line with every single new person that they send out (seems to be different people each time) they will do a quick treatment around just the house and leave. I called and spoke with them and was told that they will get someone back out in a few days to respray. Keep in mind they just left 20 minutes ago so they could just pop back by to the house that they did a poor treatment on to keep the customer happy, but they would rather reschedule. Seems to be a quick cash grab versus an actual good service. Mosquito Squad came out today for our first treatment. Chris was the tech, he was very thorough in explaining what to expect for our first treatment and future treatments, walked the property line with me while asking questions to ensure he knew where the underground downspouts were, any trouble spots were etc. So far, great experience and I hope we get Chris for all of our future treatments!
